Security researchers have identified a new wave of Android banking malware disguised as legitimate mobile applications. These apps are often distributed through unofficial app stores or phishing websites and appear to offer useful services such as file cleaning, security tools, or productivity features. Once installed, the malware requests extensive permissions and overlays fake login screens on top of legitimate banking apps to capture login credentials and financial information.
